George Gerbner recognized violence in media could alter your mood, which relates to the video on terrorism because people believe what they see portrayed on the media about terrorism. George growing up was a veteran and fought in the 2nd world war, because of this terrorism has a lot to do with the fact that in reality, the way TV portrays violence and terrorism is not the way terrorism really is. Since violence is so common, it affects our conceptions of the world. All in all the big question is does watching violence make people act violently. No it doesn't
